Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements into clear, consistent, and testable system requirements using IBM DOORS.
Manage requirements lifecycle in DOORS including creation, version control, traceability, baseline management, and change request handling with impact analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders across customers, architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and verified, providing status updates and reports.
Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of experience in software requirements management or related roles.
Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management is mandatory.
Educational qualification: MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Applications.
Experience in Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation, Validation, Traceability, Change Request handling, and Configuration Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end requirements lifecycle management in complex software projects with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in establishing and maintaining requirements traceability and managing change impacts effectively using DOORS.
