About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements into clear, consistent, and testable system requirements using IBM DOORS.
- Manage requirements lifecycle in DOORS including creation, version control, traceability, baseline management, and change request handling with impact analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across customers, architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and verified, providing status updates and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in software requirements management or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management is mandatory.
- Educational qualification: MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Applications.
- Experience in Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation, Validation, Traceability, Change Request handling, and Configuration Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end requirements lifecycle management in complex software projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in establishing and maintaining requirements traceability and managing change impacts effectively using DOORS.
- Able to coordinate requirements reviews and drive quality improvements by identifying and resolving gaps or inconsistencies.
