Manager, Tax

Support and manage global employment tax compliance, advisory, and risk management activities involving federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions.

Collaborate with stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting, address tax authority audits, and support payroll tax configurations and reconciliations in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).

Assist M&A due diligence, integration activities, monitor employment tax law changes, and support SOX and financial audit requests related to payroll tax.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, or related field.

Prior experience at Big Four, multinational in-house tax function, or regional shared-services organization.

Solid knowledge of federal and multi-state/country payroll tax withholding and employer payroll tax/social security obligations domestically and internationally.

Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and supporting tax authority audits.

Experienced in global employment tax processes with a track record of improving compliance process efficiency and operational improvements.

Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions with strong cross-cultural communication and analytical skills.

Familiar with equity compensation tax reporting, multi-jurisdictional incentive plans, and coordination with stock administration.
