Lead and manage operations for approvals of Mobile Payment Applications, Wallet UI, Wearables, and Back-End Server products ensuring compliance with Mastercard standards.
Oversee global approval processes across multiple product categories including MPQR, Cloud-Based Payments, Token Service Providers, and coordinate with internal teams for prerequisites.
Manage vendor and customer relationships, maintain approval databases, automate workflows using Visual Basic, and provide regular reporting on SLAs and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of experience in quality assurance, project management, or business process engineering.
University degree in Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
In-depth knowledge of chip card technology, EMV specifications, and digital payment systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Access) and Visual Basic development experience required.
