Own end-to-end analysis and reporting of data from multiple EdTech and HR-tech products, focusing on KPIs like learner engagement, assessment performance, and hiring outcomes.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for internal stakeholders and external clients, leveraging large data sets via SQL, BigQuery, and Python.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, customer success, and sales teams to translate data insights into product roadmap, pricing, and client decision support.
Minimum Requirements
3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in EdTech, SaaS, HR-tech, or similar data-rich B2B/B2B2C environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL, Google BigQuery, Power BI, and Python for data manipulation and reporting.
Experience setting up and maintaining ETL pipelines; strong grounding in statistics, experimentation, and cohort/funnel analyses.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with complex data from learning, assessment, or hiring platforms, especially in EdTech or HR-tech domain.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of product analytics and client-facing insights, capable of translating ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
