Lead and support digital transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation by partnering with senior business leaders and functional stakeholders to identify strategic priorities and transformation opportunities.
Facilitate executive-level discussions, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to drive complex, cross-functional operational excellence projects.
Develop transformation concepts, business cases, project charters, and implementation roadmaps with a focus on measurable improvements in productivity, quality, customer experience, and cost.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation or related fields.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt is an advantage.
Experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership at a senior stakeholder level.
Role is based in Noida, India; requires 40 working hours per week with occasional meetings outside regular hours for global team coordination.

Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects with strong data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and Agile methodologies including tools like JIRA.
