Collaborate with Product Management and customer service teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and support escalated AI-related issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
6+ years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products, with recent hands-on experience in AI-powered or LLM-integrated features.
Proficiency in frontend or backend development and practical experience with LLMs and AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced software engineer with strong expertise in building and operationalizing AI agent workflows integrated into enterprise SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with .NET ecosystem and cloud technologies (preferably Azure), and ability to design observable and testable AI-driven features.
