Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily for a large-scale internal CMS platform, including microservices, message-driven workflows, and cloud deployments.
Contribute to frontend development using React JS and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX, DevOps) on feature design, testing, and production readiness.
Support production troubleshooting, release readiness, and continuous improvement of engineering practices within CMS applications.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack engineering.
Strong backend development skills: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.
Frontend experience with React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Docker, message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), databases (MySQL, Postgres, or NoSQL), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (e.g., GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Mid-senior level engineer with deep backend expertise and ability to build scalable, microservice-based systems in a cloud environment.
Comfortable working independently on defined features and collaborating closely with diverse technical and product teams in Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage full lifecycle of software development including design, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior engineers.
