Develop, enhance, validate, and release Tableau dashboards and reports to support field representatives and leadership in tracking targets, sales performance, customer engagement, and business trends.
Manage reporting operations including scheduled report refreshes, quality checks, issue investigation, and release management on platforms such as Vision and Gateway.
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, manage delivery through agile practices using Jira, and ensure data validation, compliance, and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, dashboard development, commercial reporting, or sales operations.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Tableau dashboards mandatory; exposure to enterprise reporting portals preferred.
Experience with SQL query writing and data validation; familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms is a plus.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant fields as stated above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within bio/pharmaceutical or healthcare industry data and commercial reporting environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles including KPIs, filters, geographic hierarchies, and role-based access controls.
Proven ability to operate within agile delivery models using tools like Jira for managing backlog, sprints, issue tracking, and release management.
