About This Role
- Own manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications including test case preparation, bug identification, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to sprint planning and QA discussions to ensure product quality before releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing types: Functional, Regression, Smoke, UI/UX, Cross-browser/device testing.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of automation frameworks and at least one tool like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate with practical bug detection ability and strong test case writing skills.
- Experience balancing manual and automation testing tasks in Agile environments with sprint participation.
- Familiar with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and basic SQL for backend validation, indicating a well-rounded QA testing skill set.
