Execute technical deliverables for PTC Cloud delivery functions including OS patching, database upgrade, SSL certificate renewals, and application maintenance.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PTC Applications, third-party software, and cloud infrastructure components such as Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
Collaborate with Infra teams for OS patch updates and manage cloud application performance and availability monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years hands-on experience in Windchill PLM, Linux, and Cloud providers (Azure or AWS preferred).
Skills in Windchill PDMLink administration, CAD data management, advanced Linux command line and scripting.
Knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL databases, Java, JavaScript, and Apache server basics.
Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or Service Now; strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Operational experience handling cloud environments, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes cluster administration.
Ability to work independently making decisions on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to optimize application performance.
Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional team environment focused on cloud product and infrastructure support.
