Own operational support and enhancement of mission-critical Azure-based Cloud Native products & services, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with engineering teams on monitoring, observability, capacity planning, automation, and incident/problem/change management following ITIL and SRE best practices.
Manage infrastructure deployment pipelines, vulnerability and cost management, and participate in client, vendor, and stakeholder design discussions with flexible shift and on-call support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus).
3+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
Expertise with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Infrastructure as Code tools (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, DataDog), IdP solutions (Azure Entra ID, Okta, KeyCloak), ITIL incident/change/problem management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operationalizing and improving reliability and scalability of Azure Cloud Native environments using SRE and ITIL practices.
Comfortable working across teams including DevOps, product development, clients, and stakeholders in Agile settings with a systems-level technical understanding.
Able to manage complex automation, security (Microsoft Defender, KQL for threat hunting), identity management, and observability frameworks effectively in a hybrid work model.
