About This Role
- Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and manual testing processes covering functional, regression, and performance tests.
- Design and execute API testing and performance testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, JMeter, or LoadRunner, and analyze results for bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, contribute to QA strategy, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright and scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API automation (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automation and CI/CD integration tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both manual and automation testing with the ability to design and troubleshoot end-to-end test frameworks.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams including mentoring junior members.
- Familiarity with AI tools for improving automation and testing workflows, indicating forward-thinking approach to QA processes.
