About This Role
- Design, develop, enhance, and support complex SAP S/4HANA ABAP components and SAP Fiori/UI5 applications with a focus on integration and extensibility.
- Develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs (including OData services) for SAP components to enable external consumption and support cloud deployments.
- Improve delivery quality and speed through automation, AI-assisted coding tools, DevOps practices, testing frameworks, and agile methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification.
- Strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience including object-oriented ABAP, Core Data Services, performance tuning, and RICEF.
- Experience with SAP HANA tools (HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools) and SAP HANA data access patterns (ADBC, Native SQL, procedures).
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the workplace, with ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SAP S/4HANA solution development, including integration and support across full lifecycle (implementation, upgrade, maintenance).
- Skilled in designing and delivering scalable, secure SAP applications within an agile environment collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
- Familiar with DevOps, continuous integration/continuous delivery, SAP Solution Manager components, and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
