Lead and manage the test planning, execution, and defect tracking for online banking web and mobile software projects.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to align quality assurance with project goals and product standards.
Maintain test environments, develop and execute automated and manual test cases, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a CI and Agile setting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance/testing roles.
Proficient in test planning, test case management, and defect tracking; experience testing web-based software solutions (front-end and back-end).
Must be available to work afternoon shift hours (2 PM to 12 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile environments and working in small, collaborative, high-efficiency teams.
Demonstrates strong technical skills in debugging complex web applications and using test automation tools (preferably Selenium with Python/JavaScript).
Familiarity with banking and finance domain or SAAS platforms is highly advantageous.
