Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability using modern programming languages (Java, Python, scripting) in a large corporate environment.
Practical cloud-native experience specifically with AWS.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with complex application architecture and design in agile environments utilizing CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to critically evaluate and refine outputs for performance and security.
