Translate Real Estate business requirements into learning and development strategies aligned with business needs.
Design, develop, and deliver learning programs to support individual and team performance within the Real Estate unit.
Evaluate and continuously improve training solutions, and manage operational and administrative aspects of training curriculum.
Minimum Requirements
Prior operational experience in financial services, preferably in real estate, private equity, alternatives, financial reporting, audit, or accounting.
Accounting knowledge with accounting qualification considered an advantage.
Eligibility requires internal partners with 24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant; movement within TL and Consultant level after 12 months.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all staff levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational financial services roles with business unit exposure to real estate or related financial sectors.
Capable of consulting and collaborating with senior leaders and management to design strategic L&D solutions.
Detail-oriented professional able to design, evaluate, and communicate learning initiatives effectively.
