Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable, and trustworthy Generative AI applications and reusable platform components aligned with KION's AI Strategy and AI Governance.
Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions including LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, AI agents, and related APIs and platform services.
Own specific GenAI platform modules and use cases, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents and user support for AI services.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
4-5 years of professional experience as an application developer, ideally in AI/ML or backend service development.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI-assisted development workflows.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for cloud (GCP/Azure); experience with LLMOps/AgentOps tooling and vector databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in engineering advanced LLM-powered enterprise AI applications including prompt engineering, context management, and RAG pipelines.
Able to implement AI safety mechanisms such as hallucination mitigation, explainability, and guardrails to ensure trustworthy AI.
Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy AI solutions with strong focus on usability and business value.
