About This Role
- Lead and ship large, ambiguous, high-leverage product design projects that span multiple teams or accounts, often without a fully defined brief.
- Set design quality standards and AI UX guidelines across multiple product lines, including building and maintaining AI design patterns and evaluation tools.
- Mentor and influence design teams and client leadership to elevate design practice and strategic partnership with clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in product or UX design, with senior-level experience leading cross-functional, ambiguous projects end to end.
- Portfolio demonstrating breadth, measurable business outcomes, and AI-powered or AI-native product design experience.
- Experience with B2B and enterprise applications; HealthTech experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to prototype in code or closely collaborate with front-end development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic thinker comfortable operating as a design leader influencing across teams without direct authority.
- Deep AI fluency, with applied judgement on AI capabilities and limitations in product design.
- Experience working as a strategic partner to client leadership, not just as a design executor.
