About This Role
- Drive automation of managed services delivery activities ensuring solutions meet client needs.
- Guide and coach teams and organization in Agile/Scrum practices to improve maturity and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and remove impediments, facilitate communication, support Product Owner, and provide servant leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent from recognized institution.
- Minimum 6 years experience as Scrum Master for software development teams using Scrum principles.
- Familiarity with Agile approaches like XP, Kanban, and Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration.
- Knowledge of team technologies and ability to apply patterns to evolve Scrum process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Scrum Master able to elevate team and organizational Agile maturity.
- Capable of servant leadership and mentoring within software development Agile environments.
- Effective in identifying process impediments and facilitating communication and conflict resolution.
