Own the full network lifecycle: architecture, design, deployment, operations, and continuous optimization of Autodesk's global network backbone and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
Manage and enhance advanced networking and security technologies including LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls, and cloud networking services in AWS and Azure.
Drive network automation initiatives by partnering with automation teams to build tools for scalable, efficient network operations and implement secure, enterprise-grade networking solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
10–15 years of experience in routing, switching, and managing advanced network technologies including BGP and dark fibre infrastructure.
Hands-on experience designing and managing AWS and Azure networking services, including Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Lambda, Route 53, and VPC.
Strong knowledge of network security technologies, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, DNS, IPsec, plus experience in Agile development environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior network engineer comfortable leading complex, enterprise-scale network architecture and strategic infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated ability to automate network operations using DevOps tools such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
Capable communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence technical strategy and mentor engineering teams.
