Associate Compliance Manager

Monitor, prepare, and review regulatory reports, including substantial shareholding disclosures, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

Lead and manage the Global Regulatory Reporting team with responsibilities including resource planning, task allocation, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent production and development.

Stay updated with regulatory changes in the Americas region and other countries, implementing updated procedures and coordinating with global compliance and legal teams for compliance monitoring and reporting.

10-15 years of relevant work experience in Compliance or regulatory environment within investment advisory or mutual fund industry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance required.

Strong knowledge of financial products, mutual funds, and regulatory requirements including reporting obligations.

Workplace model requires working in designated office at least three days a week with hybrid flexibility.

Experienced leader with proven ability in people management, team mentoring, coaching, and workload/prioritization management within compliance functions.

Demonstrated expertise in global regulatory reporting, particularly in substantial shareholding disclosure and adapting to regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.

Comfortable working across time zones, engaging with global compliance, legal teams, and handling complex queries independently.
