ERA Data and Technology Lead

Manage and evolve ERA’s internal audit technology and data analytics landscape to improve audit coverage and effectiveness through fuller population analysis and scalable analytics.

Provide technical oversight and support across the audit lifecycle, including planning, data-driven testing, automation solutions, AI enablement, and management action plan governance.

Lead assurance mapping initiatives, financial management of ERA budget and co-source providers, and maintain knowledge management to ensure operational sustainability and efficiency.

Degree required in Technology, Accounting, Finance, or Business-related subject (bachelors or masters).

Experience working in Internal Audit, risk, control, or technology-enabled assurance environments is required; exact years of experience not explicitly mentioned.
