Lead and mentor a team of OTC Billing Specialists, setting and monitoring team performance targets.
Oversee end-to-end billing operations including invoice generation, approval of high-value invoices, and ensuring integration with related teams like Credit/Collections.
Manage dispute resolution, compliance with SOX controls, month-end billing close activities, and drive billing process improvement and system enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of experience in Billing team operations.
2-5 years of experience leading and managing a billing team.
Ability to work night shifts starting from 6:30 PM at Mumbai Vikhroli office (WFO).
Preferred experience in SSC, Media, or Advertising sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable managing operational billing teams with measurable KPI accountability.
Familiar with order-to-cash billing workflows, dispute management, and compliance requirements in a media/advertising or shared services environment.
Capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and driving system/process improvements under pressure.
