Minimum Requirements
7+ years of professional experience including substantial Scrum Master or Agile delivery practitioner experience.
Proven ability supporting multiple Scrum teams in complex technology environments, ideally in Financial Services or regulated environments.
Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles with experience coaching teams and managing backlog prioritization.
Experience working with senior engineering, product, and business stakeholders across distributed teams including US-based teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in Financial Services, fintech, banking, capital markets, trading, digital assets, or cryptocurrency domains.
Ability to manage dependencies, delivery risks, and conflicts proactively across multiple teams.
Demonstrated skill in coaching teams for self-ownership and continuous improvement in scaled or complex delivery environments.
