Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives primarily in intelligent automation within Capital Markets.
Own and manage the intake, prioritization, feasibility, and delivery pipeline of intelligent automation ideas and solutions, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and control standards.
Lead and oversee a Citizen Developer pod, providing direction, governance compliance, and escalation management for automation solutions to drive measurable efficiency gains and operational risk reduction.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent through experience, training, education).
Strong experience in Capital Markets domain.
Proven delivery leadership with intelligent automation platforms such as Alteryx, Xceptor, or Power Apps.
Experience governing Intelligent Automation intake pipelines and/or Citizen Developer frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex change and transformation initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive governance, risk, controls, and compliance in automation and strategy execution.
Skilled in strategic oversight of automation delivery and Citizen Developer pod management in a regulated, capital markets environment.
