Manage General Ledger month-end close processes including accruals, funding, payments, and variance reviews.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned portfolio.
Coordinate year-end audit activities, bank reconciliations, cash management, and operational accounting tasks for assigned accounts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years operational/general ledger accounting and finance experience; real estate accounting experience is a plus.
Commerce graduate or Post Graduate/CA Inter preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
On-site work location in Gurugram is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in property or real estate financial accounting and familiar with real estate accounting software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and capable of managing multiple accounting activities independently within established procedures.
Effective communicator able to interact with clients and coordinate audit and financial statement preparation.
