About This Role
- Lead large-scale application development efforts including design, coding, testing, and implementation with measurable impact on business goals.
- Drive architectural guidance, design reviews, and code reviews for Next Gen Architecture and Plan of Record projects ensuring alignment with CTO guidelines and best practices.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and collaboration across teams to enable timely delivery of solutions while mentoring and coaching software development engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years experience with Java Microservices, Rest API, MongoDB, Oracle, OpenShift, Kafka; Pega preferred.
- 6-10 years relevant experience in application development or senior enterprise architecture role with subject matter expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years in relevant technology roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex, large-budget software development initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business domain and technology strategy with capability to drive architectural decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai) and advanced knowledge of distributed systems and CI/CD automation for quality and performance.
