Provide day-to-day operations support including record maintenance, account opening, and imaging in coordination with the Core Operations Team.
Act as liaison among operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients to resolve inquiries and escalate issues.
Support training, process improvements, and adherence to compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of relevant experience in operations support or related functions.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comprehensive knowledge of Dispute processes.
Willingness to work late-night shifts and occasional weekends for Pega releases and testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex problem solving and escalation within banking operations or dispute management.
Comfortable with shift work, especially late-night hours starting around 11:30 PM or 12:30 AM.
Capable of working without supervision, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills aligned with operational compliance.
