About This Role
- Develop and lead data-driven supply chain optimization and simulation models to enhance network design, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scopes, gather requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Present modelling outcomes and strategic insights to stakeholders and leadership to support supply chain transformation and strategic decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain optimization, supply chain management, logistics, or network design.
- Proficiency with supply chain modelling tools such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru, or similar optimization software.
- Location requirement: Bangalore with hybrid work environment; travel up to 15–25% annually.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global supply chain environments managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Skilled in advanced data analysis, validation, and cleansing using SQL, Excel, Access, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems such as SAP (R/3 or S/4), WMS, or TMS, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
