Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain optimization, supply chain management, logistics, or network design.
Proficiency with supply chain modelling tools such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru, or similar optimization software.
Location requirement: Bangalore with hybrid work environment; travel up to 15–25% annually.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global supply chain environments managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled in advanced data analysis, validation, and cleansing using SQL, Excel, Access, or similar databases.
Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems such as SAP (R/3 or S/4), WMS, or TMS, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
