Engineer II - Cloud

Design, develop, and maintain SOAR connectors integrating third-party security platforms with Falcon Fusion at scale, covering full lifecycle from design to production support.

Contribute to development and maintenance of platform services enabling core orchestration, authentication (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, API keys), and workflow capabilities for Falcon Platform users.

Support multi-region deployments by contributing to automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting production issues across Falcon environments.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.

4+ years experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software products/systems, preferably in SaaS delivery model.

Fluency in at least one programming language (preferably Python or Go).

Experience with distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and operating services in production environments.

Experienced backend microservices developer with strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability in cloud-native environments.

Familiar with authentication mechanisms and security platform integrations, ideally with production experience in commercial cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven ability to utilize AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows within software/platform development contexts.
