Manage and oversee treasury accounting and back-office processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Lead daily and monthly treasury reporting including exception tracking, audit readiness, and coordination for resolution of open items.
Support treasury controls by maintaining documentation, providing audit evidence, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in treasury operations, accounting, financial reporting, or related finance operations.
Preferred qualifications: CA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent with background in accounting and reporting.
Shift: 5:30 pm to 2:00 am IST; Work Mode: Hybrid; Location: Sector-62, Gurugram.
Working knowledge of bank reconciliations, cash accounting, journal entries, internal controls, and audit documentation is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing treasury back-office functions including reconciliations, journal entries, and treasury reporting with strong audit and control discipline.
Ability to coordinate across stakeholders to resolve open items and drive timely closure of reporting deliverables.
Familiarity with SAP general ledger, treasury reporting tools, process documentation, controls governance, and North American treasury back-office processes is a plus.
