Lead design, development, modernization, and delivery of scalable enterprise platforms for stock plan administration, participant experience, workplace intelligence, and financial technology.
Drive adoption of AI-first software development practices and modern engineering techniques including microservices, event-driven architecture, observability, and automation.
Lead and mentor software engineering teams, establish engineering standards, and collaborate globally to execute strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years of software engineering experience with at least 6+ years in technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Scala, microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design, RESTful services, and distributed systems.
Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, JMS), relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake), and observability tooling (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk).
Knowledge and experience with AI-assisted software development including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, Spec-Driven Development, and AI-powered engineering tools.
