Develop and own high-quality learning modules including e-learning, instructor-led, and blended content specifically for MRI field service and installation workflows.
Ensure all learning materials meet instructional design, organizational, regulatory, and audit standards, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and compliance with templates and governance.
Incorporate software-centric workflows, remote diagnostics, and emerging learning technologies, with readiness to apply AI-enabled authoring within defined organizational policies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training Management, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Vocational Education or equivalent.
Either no prior experience required with a bachelor’s degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Education, Training & Development in Health Industry or equivalent.
Experience developing e-learning, instructor-led, or blended learning content in a technical or regulated environment preferred.
Travel up to 10%, office-based role requiring in-person presence at company facilities at least 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing technical learning content aligned to MRI field service and installation workflows including safety, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with multimedia production, blended learning strategies, learning analytics, and compliant instructional design frameworks.
Capable of working within structured templates and governance, collaborating closely with Instructional Designers and SMEs, and ready to adopt AI-assisted tools responsibly.
