Execute software category sourcing strategy including RFx development, supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and supplier consolidation.
Partner with internal stakeholders and business units to align sourcing activities with strategic business priorities and manage vendor relationships.
Support contract management including drafting, negotiation of SaaS, cloud, and software licensing agreements and manage escalations to legal as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5-6 years experience in software contracts (SaaS, Cloud, licensing) with technology market knowledge.
Minimum 3-4 years of global sourcing experience.
Minimum 4 years of people management leadership experience and 2-3 years of sourcing transformation experience.

Experienced in end-to-end category management and global sourcing within complex, matrixed organizations.
Skilled negotiator with expertise in sourcing strategy, contract drafting, and legal commercial terms for software categories.
