Manage credit approval of customer orders, including financial analysis and limit setting to ensure credit risk is controlled.
Ensure accuracy and quality of business account data by validating and updating records with third-party documentation.
Perform compliance testing (including SOX), root cause analysis, and drive process improvements in the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
7+ years experience in OTC functions with a focus on Credit and/or Data Quality, or equivalent related field experience.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with advanced formulas, and experience with finance tools like Oracle, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce.
Ability to work primarily late evening or night shifts due to global support requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with end-to-end OTC processes and credit risk management in complex, global environments.
Proven capability in handling data quality management and implementing process improvements including AI automation solutions.
Comfortable working independently with cross-functional teams and managing compliance, audits, and controls in a high-detail role.
