About This Role
- Own operational support and enhancement of mission-critical Azure-based Cloud Native products & services, driving reliability, monitoring, vulnerability and cost management.
- Collaborate with DevOps, product development, clients, and stakeholders to improve infrastructure deployment, scalability, automation, and observability.
- Manage SLOs, incident/problem/change management processes, disaster recovery, and provide on-call support including evenings and weekends.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3+ years experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform), monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, DataDog), and identity management solutions (Azure Entra ID, Okta, etc).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks (incident, change, problem management), networking, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Kusto).

- Experienced in managing and scaling complex Azure cloud native environments with strong operational and automation focus.
- Skilled collaborator comfortable working across engineering teams and client engagements with responsibility for service reliability and compliance.
- Demonstrates hands-on expertise in cloud security (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel), AI/ML anomaly detection, and infrastructure as code enabling continuous improvement of platform stability.
