Manage medium to large complexity financial due diligence projects independently related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Analyze financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and identify purchase price adjustments, working capital, and debt-like adjustments.
Prepare and articulate deliverables and insights using strong business acumen and audit-related skills, leveraging Indian GAAP/Accounting standards and analytics tools.
Minimum Requirements
0-1 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence.
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Proficient in Indian GAAP / Indian Accounting standards.
Familiarity with Excel and data analytics tools such as Altryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Ability to independently manage deals-related financial due diligence projects with medium to large complexity.
Strong audit background and understanding of financial statements under Indian GAAP.
Comfortable using advanced data analytics tools and delivering well-articulated written and verbal reports.
