Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Provide L2/L3 technical support for 4G/5G Packet Core network elements including SGW, PGW, MME, PCRF, PCF, AMF, SMF, and UPF.
Monitor network performance, manage incidents/outages/escalations, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure high availability and SLA compliance.
Manage software upgrades, configuration changes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support network optimization and capacity planning.
Minimum Requirements
6–12 years of telecom experience with strong exposure to 4G/5G Packet Core.
In-depth knowledge of LTE/5G architecture and protocols including GTP, S1AP, Diameter, PFCP, NGAP, HTTP/2.
Experience in troubleshooting and incident management in live networks.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and basic scripting; understanding of virtualization/cloud (NFV, Kubernetes) is a plus.
