Administer enterprise messaging and email security services including Exchange Online, limited on-premises Exchange SMTP relay footprint, Outlook desktop, OWA, and Proofpoint Email Security Gateway.
Manage Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity platforms such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Apps, Bookings, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Support Microsoft 365 application integrations, coordinate partner-led migrations and platform changes, and lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, change management, reporting, and automation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration in large enterprises (~15,000-20,000 users).
Experience administering Exchange Online, Exchange Server (focused on SMTP relay and hybrid dependencies), and enterprise email security gateways (preferably Proofpoint).
Ability to work night shift hours (5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM), supporting US business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in formal IT service management processes including incident, problem, change, and service-level management.
Proficient in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation supporting Microsoft 365 administration and reporting.
Capable of partnering with teams owning Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, Defender for Office 365, and managing Microsoft 365 application integrations and migration initiatives.
