Provide technical pre-sales support focusing on Red Hat OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, RHEL, and related technologies for distribution business.
Engage with partners and customers through technical presentations, demos, solution design, and participation in round tables and workshops.
Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical training, and collaborate internally with vendor and sales teams to update and improve solutions.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, or Product Specialist roles.
Good working knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, Linux fundamentals (RHEL preferred), Containers, Kubernetes basics, and virtualization concepts.
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel locally for partner and customer engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in distributor, system integrator, or partner ecosystem environments.
Familiar with Red Hat certifications or pursuing relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA, OpenShift-related).
Hands-on exposure to POCs, demos, or lab environments demonstrating practical application of Red Hat technologies.
