About This Role
- Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across print, digital, and video formats ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business priorities.
- Manage and mentor the India-based design team, supporting task prioritization, onboarding, and establishing basic performance metrics such as turnaround time and on-time delivery.
- Act as liaison between India and US teams, managing communication of briefs, feedback, timelines, and escalating risks or delivery issues to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience including graphic design and/or video, preferably with B2B and EdTech background.
- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience in a creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), video tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-geography creative teams, particularly coordinating between India and US stakeholders.
- Strong digital-first design skills with a strategic creative vision and ability to deliver across multiple media channels.
- Skilled in process improvement and performance metric definition to enhance team workflows and output quality.
