Lead UX design for a new product paralleling existing Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) functionalities, focusing on translating complex financial workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
Own user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing to optimize the user journey within the application.
Collaborate closely with TLM product experts, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility, design system evolution, and alignment with business and user needs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience as UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer with enterprise application design portfolio.
Location: Pune, India.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Bachelor's degree preferred in HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing complex financial services or back-office transaction systems (TLM or similar) with strong domain understanding.
Able to conduct and apply user research and usability testing results in iterative design improvements.
Familiarity with design systems contribution and collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management.
