Lead and continuously improve the global ITG Portfolio Management Office (PMO) overseeing strategic, transformational, and operational technology initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and under strong governance.
Drive portfolio governance including intake, prioritization, execution, risk and financial management, and executive reporting with measurable impact on project delivery and business value realization across global teams.
Serve as the senior ITG leader in India, driving regional leadership, collaboration, talent development, and maintaining effective overlap with U.S. time zones for stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Requirements
20+ years of progressive leadership experience in Portfolio/Program Management, IT Strategy, or Enterprise Delivery with global team leadership and large-scale technology portfolios.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA and PMP/PgMP/SAFe certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience building and leading ITG PMOs, with expertise in portfolio governance, strategic planning, financial and risk management, and executive reporting.
Work Experience Required: 20+ years of relevant leadership experience
