Own end-to-end project purchasing activities including new part development, vendor development, cost negotiation, and quality management for mechanical components and sub-assemblies.
Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection via RFQ, supplier evaluation, and techno-commercial discussions to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (central purchasing, quality, manufacturing) for project management, preventive quality planning, change management, and material ratio planning, with requirement-based domestic and international travel including relocation to Germany for the first year.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree.
6 to 10 years of experience in purchasing parts, preferably with project purchasing/program management focus.
Strong proficiency in SAP, MS Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Willingness to relocate to Germany for the first year of employment.
