About This Role
- Manage and optimize SAP infrastructure, applications, and databases hosted on AWS Cloud to ensure high availability and meet performance metrics.
- Administer SAP environments across development, QA, UAT, and production with regular maintenance, upgrades, and performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and manage infrastructure using Terraform and IaC, collaborating with SAP Basis, DBA, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Application teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP infrastructure and AWS cloud engineering.
- Proficiency in SAP on AWS, Linux/RHEL administration, Pacemaker clustering, Python, Bash/Shell, Terraform, SAP HANA, and Sybase.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator and/or SAP Certified Technology Associate or relevant SAP certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating SAP environments on AWS with expertise in infrastructure automation and high availability solutions.
- Capable of administration and performance tuning across Linux/RHEL and Windows servers, including advanced OS performance tuning.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, MCP, RAG, prompt engineering, and CI/CD pipeline development as value-add skills.
