Minimum Requirements
Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, learning, project management, operations, or related field.
8–12+ years of experience in project management, learning operations, content development, shared services, or vendor-managed delivery environments.
Experience managing multiple projects with global stakeholders, vendors, instructional designers, QA, and operations teams.
Skills in project governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, vendor management, documentation, financial governance, and proficiency with tools like Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint, Jira.

Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across project managers, coordinators, instructional designers, QA analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders in a shared services or vendor-partnered delivery context.
