Interpret storyboards and stakeholder requirements to create learner-centered digital content aligned with business and learning objectives.
Manage feedback, testing, deployment, and ensure courses meet quality, accessibility, and performance standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of hands-on eLearning development experience, preferably in corporate learning.
Proven experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise for interactive course development.
Strong proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript for incorporating web-based elements in eLearning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating instructional design/storyboards into engaging, accessible digital learning experiences.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and course quality.
Familiar with AI-assisted content development tools and corporate learning technologies like LMS, SCORM, and Digital Adoption Platforms.
