Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of Agile Product Owner/Business Analyst experience.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or similar certification.
Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA - Computer required.
Familiarity with Building Automation, Building Management, Building Efficiency domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies with capability to prioritize backlog balancing business value, technical needs, and delivery timelines.
Skilled in stakeholder management and communication within fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
