Manage end-to-end lifecycle activities for Supplier, Customer, and Material Master Data within SAP, meeting defined SLA commitments (e.g., 48-hour fulfillment targets).
Lead Data Quality monitoring and remediation initiatives to improve data accuracy and compliance, partnering with Data Stewards and business teams.
Provide operational SAP Master Data support including incident management and collaboration with cross-regional teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP Master Data operations supporting global or regional business shared services/enterprise environments.
Proficiency with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes including Material Master, Supplier/Vendor, and Customer Master within SAP.
Experience with Data Quality remediation, governance processes, onboarding and maintenance, plus incident management using ServiceNow.
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience; advanced Microsoft Excel skills; basic SQL knowledge preferred.
