Minimum Requirements
University Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance or equivalent work experience in lease administration; PMP/MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consultancy related to lease administration.
Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple contacts and projects, with knowledge of real estate leases and accounting.
On-site position based in Gurugram; expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and property management/lease administration systems.
